The main conclusions are incomplete which is misleading, and there is a lack of understanding about how parents react to different form of financial incentives. Also, it is not true that changes in the labour force of other groups, such as men, have not been accounted for in papers documenting the impact on the labour force. But I totally agree that mothers should remain free to decide whether to use or not the services, but providing the service by lowering the requirements is certainly not something we should envisioned. Finally, the Quebec childcare reform did not produce more criminals, crime rates elsewhere in the country decreased while it remained stable in Quebec. This is a rather different story\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
